Description of the Project: Part of the Primary Framework agreement – 4 Target Road Full Refurbishment of the house to HMO
The project brief was to refurbish the dated property into a condition suitable for the supported housing of adults with ongoing mental health conditions.
The site was vacant for the entirety of the project and return to use upon completion.
Full internal refurbishment including Ground floor structural alterations, steel u beams, demolition of conservatory, and construction of new extension formed the essential part of the works.
