Date: Start 27th May 2019 – 19th July 2019, Duration 8 weeks.
Fully Occupied Residental Block in the heart of the Southsea area with Priory Secondary School located at the end of the road. A busy walk-through area for local university students & limited parking outside of the project. We planned the works carefully with the resident’s direct walkway from their front doors to the communal staircase being resurfaced and full communal decoration works to access areas.
Good communication and resident liaison formed part of the successful scheme by identifying residents’ movements, work timetables and being able to book in works to individual front doors around residents’ daily routines.
The project experienced no security issues or parking complaints during the works.
Project handed over in the agreed times and within budget to a high standard of work.
No Health & Safety Issues.
At the end of the 12 month period, there were no defects to resolve.
